This coffee comes from the Guji region in Ethiopia, known for producing exceptionally sweet and complex coffees.
It has an aroma of cocoa and florals with notes of strawberry and milk chocolate, with a sweet aftertaste of vanilla, lime and florals. It's acidity is more citric, with a juicy mouthfeel and medium body. Workable and enjoyable on all brew methods.
Drip, french press, or batch brew will emphasize this coffee's sweetness and clarity, with a medium citric acidity.
On espresso, this coffee pulls juicy, but balanced shots, with notes of milk chocolate. Works great as a single origin espresso.
